Terms of Service

By accessing or using the E3.INFO employee workplace platform (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is intended for authorized employees and personnel of organizations that subscribe to E3.INFO ("Customers"). Your organization controls which features you can access and issues your sign-in credentials.

E3.INFO is a multi-organization SaaS workplace platform. Depending on what your Customer enables, the App may provide:

• Employee home portal, digital ID, colleagues, and org chart
• Internal messaging and notifications
• Peer recognition, loyalty points, and rewards
• Company news and policy access
• Performance tools (KPI, objectives, SLA items)
• Inspections and field workflows (when enabled)
• CRM / sales tools (when enabled for your role)

Access is limited to people authorized by a Customer organization, such as:

• Current employees of a Customer
• Authorized contractors or consultants
• Other personnel granted access by Customer administrators

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Accounts are not created through public self-registration.

4.1 Account responsibilities

Accounts are provisioned by Customer administrators. You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Notifying your organization promptly of suspected unauthorized access
• Using strong authentication practices when available
• Signing out of shared or public devices

4.2 Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when employment or authorization ends, when these Terms are violated, or when a Customer or E3.INFO disables an account for security or operational reasons.

5.1 Permitted use

You may use the App only for legitimate workplace purposes authorized by your organization.

5.2 Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Access data or features beyond your authorization
• Share credentials with unauthorized people
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise security
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Violate applicable law or Customer policies
• Reverse engineer the App except where prohibited restrictions are unlawful
• Scrape or automate access without permission

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Workplace content you create may be accessible to authorized users in your organization
• Your organization is the primary controller of employee workplace data in its tenant
• Activity may be logged for security, support, and compliance
• Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy

The App, branding, and underlying software are owned by E3.INFO or its licensors. Customer content remains subject to the Customer's ownership and policies. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be affected by maintenance, incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

The App is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, E3.INFO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the App.

Enterprise Customers may have additional terms in a separate written agreement; those terms control if they conflict with this section for that Customer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E3.INFO from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law and except where caused by E3.INFO's willful misconduct.

These Terms apply while you use the App. Access ends when:

• Your employment or Customer authorization ends
• Your account is suspended for violation of these Terms
• Your organization stops using E3.INFO
• The App is discontinued

Users must comply with applicable laws and Customer policies, including privacy, employment, and export rules relevant to their role.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Courts located in Toronto, Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where a separate Customer agreement specifies another venue.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in effect.
